The Louisville MSD cleanout casting includes a frame, cover, and associated locking hardware for sewer valve boxes in Louisville, KY. The frame has an 11.25" clear opening and sits at 3.5" tall. Lettering on the cover includes the Louisville MSD designation and "Sewer Cleanout" description and locks by way of one large penta-head bolt.
